I can still procrastinate with the best but I am definitely improving. One thing that is perhaps a good side to procrastination is that you can come across interesting conversations about all sorts of things. I found the one below very interesting.

Lots of experts here who haven't actually seen the evidence.
But rumour and conjecture seem to be more important nowadays.
With not one piece of hard evidence against, it could be argued that she was convicted on rumour and conjecture.

Does that mean that God was wrong? Where does this leave the theory of divine infallibility? Or did that go out of the window with the slavery reparations?

Whether you like it or not, politics has effects on just about all areas of our lives. It should be open for discussion.

Re: Why is it supposedly only water that's good for hydration?
Water is best at replenishing your water ” rehydration’ needs - but science now feel that various other salts /electrolytes etc are needed for proper hydration.

If I have exercised I will use rehydration tablets

I don't take supplements but I eat more protein (and drink protein shakes most days).
As you get older, the body naturally loses muscle mass so more protein is beneficial.

Flew from Colombo to Malaysia in the Maldives for a few days relief from fecking temples. Bit of fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and eating and drinking.
Not cheap but you can't take it with you. :D
