I managed, today, during a phone call to France, to explain, in French, that I did not speak French and would be grateful if I could be transferred to an operator who could speak English.

They've paid for the raw materials and manhours to fit the heated seats. The car costs more to make than one without heated seats. Maybe I'm just old skool.
