21 miles, about 3,000 foot of climbing. Unless you are at national level cross country racer fitness it's a day's ride on an Amish bike.

On my Trek e-mtb it took me less than 3 hours. No "hike a bike" or pushing, rode the whole thing. Still got to stop and take in the scenery and do everything I'd do on Amish bike (other than vomit, copiously, about half way up the climbs)...
...and then I was able to tag the Ladybower Loop on....

So, I was out for the same length of time as I would have been on Amish bike. I worked at the same intensity for the same duration but got to go twice as far and experience twice as much scenery and riding.
I think that anyone who doesn't see the benefit of that is being deliberately obtuse.
