Very few reports come out way. So not everything gets looked at.

I still don’t actually know what post you keep referring to
I asked you to look at one post a couple of days ago & you plainly stated that you couldn't be fucking bothered & gave me shit about it.
You asked me to go through a several hundred page thread looking for something. I have no idea what it was or where within the thread

My point was, we’re not here to trawl through threads, if something troubles you, report it using the report button and I’ll have a look. It’s really that simple.

I look in the Pilitics section rarely. Mostly only when something is reported. If that doesn’t happen, I don’t open it

And now you’re reduced to giving us retrospective financial advice.

lol thanks. Glad to be of service. You going to continue having a pop or are you done?
There seems to be a certain skewed view on who has left in frustration or otherwise gone to radio silence. If all the ones I've clocked and/or contacted came back I don't think it would to change the 'political balance' of the forum in quite our occasional contributors hoped for way.

Well I’ve perma-banned just 1 member ever and regret that 0%.

I don’t think there’s a right answer to the problem personally

If I had my way, I’d close the section and ban all discussions on politics.

Gets more tempting by the day I think!

Anyway, I guess the poll is finished.

The poll is the only reason I’ve not done it previously or this time. It astounds me that people seem to want it.

I stated it was the very first post after the thread reopened after you closed the thread for the weekend & even quoted it for you. You still gave me shit about it:

How's that sounding ?
I don't think asking you to look at one post is unreasonable. I'll make it easy for you:

Ok, I’m missing something here. I’m not sure what within the rules this breaks? Because it’s insinuated that ICE are Nazis? Mmmm tricky one. I don’t honestly know how to play that. I know very little about what’s happening over there in truth

'Political balance' is tricky. Highly paid professionals, working full time, get it wrong as often as not.

And now you ask unpaid mods to achieve it in their spare time. Ain't going to happen!

So how about we forget it, a (sort of) balance will be achieved by letting it run. Whether it will be 'political' balance, who knows?

The issue is I responded to that post in a reasoned way & got pilloried six ways to Wednesday. I later posted a video where a guy laid all the ways Pretti broke the law, asked people to critique it & not one person could be fucked to comment on the video that explains exactly what he did that was illegal & why he got shot.. because it destroys their preconceived narrative & they'd all look like tits.

Because you're missing the point
(A): we have eyes, your social media forensics are like a comic-book legal defense in the face of actual evidence.
(B): the rush to defend the indefensible
(C): the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Hence why the pictorial comparison to on-street, state-backed, street executions (rather than arrest, gather evidence, convict, punish) is really rather apt.

I rest my case. You don't want your media driven bullshit narrative destroyed so you didn't watch it. The guy explains exactly why he got shot & it ain't what you think it is. The guys lays out EVERYTHING & people are too fucking scared to watch because they're tits. It's NOT "comic book legal defense" It's actual evidence & the facts.

I could (and have) said the same about your social media narrative propagated by those who will never have to pay for getting it wrong about "stuff they reckon".
The only real evidence, so far, is eye witness reports and unedited video. But keep making foundless claims, it's funny.
