Says 560 on the ad? The later 560DX is the one with the TFT screen, but the early 560s did have clocks.
From what I’ve read it’s 2020 that goes 560
I put the Reg in on the government site and it says it’s a 530
I’ll call and ask as it could be a mistake
But either way seems like a decent price
My check says it's a 530 as well. I'm not sure 30cc's really will make a huge amount of difference? I'm also sure I read somewhere that the 560 has developed some annoying niggles and the 530 is generally more reliable. But I could just have imagined that tbh.
Taipan would undoubtedly know more about the Tmax models.

No it looks like it is a 530. check the spec though as i'm not sure what changed when, but some have cruise control and electric locking centre stands etc. If possible, you may as well get the fully loaded version (DX?)
If you were gonna pay £8k for a scooter you can have a nice GSXS1000 for that money and use a fraction of it's 150bhp in the traffic! But the bits where you can give it some it'll be excellent.
I'd say do a Taipan. Get the scooter and see how you go, you might find yourself a full convert. Worse case you sell the scoot and buy a bike. Might cost you a bit in change overs but no pain no gain and all that. A big scoot is probably the best answer for pure commuter travel.

Basically can have 1 bike for everything and not sure a big scooter is it.
650R.Prefer your current bike. I never got used to the front end on the MT-07, but that aside it was peach of a commuter. Nice mid range etc. Going to be hard act to follow imo.
I do get what you're saying about a scoot only though. It's why i've had scoots and sold them or had a smaller scoot and a bike. I don't think you had enough of a chance to get used to a DCT though. Sport mode and the up and down buttons makes a superb bike, especially round town. Did you ever get on a x-adv?
Never rode the X-adv, that because once I saw the wheels I know my chain or any decent chain would go though. So at work there is no way to secure it alto anything.

I looked at them because of the other post on here, they look decent, but no fairing.
Ideally I’d like to chose the right bike and keep for 2 years or so (like I did with the MT)
