That's the 2nd Brick cafe racer thingy with that rear suspension setup I've seen. Must be someone out there selling kits.

Sadly, the company was 'merged' with another a cople of years ago and the name was lost. Another takeover and change later, the owners are moving out of the Spitfire factory and 'consolidating' in Canada.
