I want to know what film they are watching that they need 16 stellas to make it through.
Probably Top Gun: Maverick, sometimes we drink to try and forget...
It's Mansfield. The quest for oblivion is endemic, the film could be anything....but probably was a matinee.

Bupa…

I registered a follow up claim for my wonky knee a week ago via an online form but had heard nowt.

Phoned them today, “you need a follow up medical report before we can authorise further treatment”

How was I supposed to know that.

“You will have received a text to call us” - arsey twat was now getting up my nose

I didn’t receive at text

“That’s why I’m telling you now.” WTAF!

Anyway, he’s authorised a single session to get that done and to start treatment which I now can’t start until after 13th July as I’m away.

You'd think, given the number of people insured under the company policy, they’d be proactive…

My G.P.

"Here, have a prescription for 28 statin tablets. Take one a day. It's on a repeat prescription, but you can only re-order them every 30 days."

Hmmm. Which two or three days of the month should I skip them, then? Apart from February, as long as it ain't a leap year.

The memsahib extracts such items before they become mache.

Twats in cars that speed up to try and prove they can stay in front of me.

No you cant

You can stop me from passing, but it's only a matter of time before there is enough space and I'm gone. So in the meantime, let me by nice and early and we can both have a better day.

Tesla a few days ago caught his rear wheel on a bank. Range Rover today almost had a head on.....

But you know, they sure showed that (soon to be) 50 year old on that 10 year old bike, just how effing quick they're £50k car is and he was super impressed, like actually a little bit jel

Keep booking appointments to get extra prescriptions to fill the gaps, they will soon learn.

If it's like our surgery, they'll give him an appointment with a 'Practitioner's Associate' - who can't prescribe.

The reviewed direct debit on my electricity consumption. :(

>£500/month. :o

(Someone left a panel heater on in an outside building 'some time ago' - that hasn't been used since. So, the actual consumption is right but the projected consumption isn't).

I've told them I'll pay for the usage (ouch!) and they can leave the DD as it was.

Hey ho, no coke n' hookers for me for a month or two.

Spending money on necessary domestic items BMP. Our snide Dyson broke today, a lesson learned. So I said to the wife just get a decent one, it'll be £2-300 but we cant not have one. A couple of minutes later she says the top Dyson one is £600. :wtf: £600 for a spinny motor and some plastic, they can fook right off! :angry-cussingblack:

Shark are betterer*, was way surprising to see how much extra a shark vacuum pulled out of the carpets after being done with a dyson before hand.

*no idea what their battery stuff is like, we have sockets a plenty so always go for corded.

Battery one we have is pretty poor. Not much in the way of power nor battery life.
