That front m/c might be toast, but will assess after it comes apart.

Arsebiscuits. The difference is in the lower fork legs....
But! I did find EBC 270mm front rotors for $170 each. Haven't bitten that bullet yet
Need to have a major garage tidy up/sort out tomorrow & then finish assembling the carb rack. Found an errant float needle laying on the garage floor this evening.

It had better be from the spare rack (which was laying on the floor with the bowls & floats removed a few days ago). I'll check the spare rack tomorrow. FFS

There'll be some serious weight reduction on that sender unit compared to OE.

Still need to soda blast the throttle cable guide doodad (so it will come off again), fit the air screws & install the choke rod & associated gubbins.

Finished up the carb assembly. There are two very small springs & matching 1/8in ball bearings that hold the choke rod in position. What a fucking faff they were... The hole they fit into is inside the tube the choke rod goes through and then there's faff of the doodads that pull on choke plunger doodads that have a spring, cup & a Ping!FuckIt!
and then throw in the fact that I have 3 different pairs of glasses depending on how close something I want to look at is...
I was starting to question my life choices...

Did some digging on the Niche website & it appears they have front rotors for the GPz750, but their listing is buggered up. They list the 750 A1-A3 having the same rotors as the E1-E2 (the turbo), but the A has 270mm (10.6in) rotors & the E has 280mm (11in), same as the 1100 A1-A3
But when you punch in the 750 A OEM part # it shows 270mm rotors... & shows them also fitting the 750 E. Gonna have to call them on Monday to make sure they actually have the 750 A rotors...

Ordered a pair of front brake rotors from Niche: $70
Removed stuck dome nut from exhaust stud (that was finger tight in the head) & cleaned up the threads so that can go back on the engine.
