Its widely assumed he took his own life and I believe has tried before? The Police saying its not a suspicious death arent aren't looking for anyone else type of thing is also an indicator, but I guess the truth will out.

Its so sad that he was so widely loved within the boxing profession and by the boxing fans, yet he may have taken his own life. Just shows that the human mind is often a dark place.

John Stapleton. We stayed at the same hotel as him in Midhurst and he came over for a chat whilst we having a cuppa on the patio. Very nice friendly man. RIP chatty broadcaster.

Didn't have a bad innings. Surprising for a chum of John Martyn. Got quite a few discs featuring Danny T.

I have a book of Larson cartoons. Apparently he published this one and got a furious response from the research institute that Goodall was heading at the time. She found out and stepped in as she found the cartoon hilarious. They corresponded for some time afterwards, as she saw the subtle messages that Larson put in many of his cartoons in terms of wildlife conservation.
I believe she kept a framed, signed print in her office.

In fairness he always looked a bit peaky.
