The instructions say you need a 6.5mm spanner. I'm gonna assume you actually need a 1/4 inch.

I’ve got a set of those, they are great, used them to light the entire garden when we were out of lockdown and had a BBQ.
I've been using mine loads. I've been so busy lately I rarely get much time to do anything other than the need for light for all sorts of projects. I've been looking to do some more painting at home and find that I can't see where I've just painted or the cutting in lines, without the use of strong white light from these.

I was going to question ‘why Bluetooth?’ until you eloquently explained it so thanks.demographic wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 6:19 pm Bluetooth enabled battery for my circular saw.
I already have one with and a couple that don't have bluetooth but they're knocking on four or more years old and I suspect don't hold as much charge.
Anyway 5.2 Ah battery with Bluetooth so the battery can trigger my dust extractor for 79 quid.
They're usually about a hundred.
These are a little unfortunate though, consideringTrogladyte wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 7:06 pm I wish I hadn't opened this thread. Now I want Unknown Pleasures oven gloves.

Yeah, my other guiderail saw is 110 volt and plugs into a power socket on my dust extractor.Silly Car wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 7:08 pm I was going to question ‘why Bluetooth?’ until you eloquently explained it so thanks.
Given the mess I made trimming down some skirting from 6” to 5” the other day, I should have hooked up my guide rail saw to the mighty Titan vacuum I’ve got, but hindsight is a wonderful thing...demographic wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 7:37 pmYeah, my other guiderail saw is 110 volt and plugs into a power socket on my dust extractor.Silly Car wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 7:08 pm I was going to question ‘why Bluetooth?’ until you eloquently explained it so thanks.
Starting the saw knocks the extractor on.
But my battery powered one wouldn't start it so the bluetooth battery (combined with the bluetooth module I bought for the extractor) starts it.
Now obviously having a cord powering my extractor and a pipe to my saw kind of makes a mockery of the whole cordless saw thing but there's not much in the way of cordless extractors about just yet.
Plus if I'm working somewhere outside I just have a dust bag on the saw instead of it being piped upto an extractor.
Why is the oven so cold?Trogladyte wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2020 7:06 pm I wish I hadn't opened this thread. Now I want Unknown Pleasures oven gloves.
