We got one which was too soft and gave it to my daughter. We then bought the firmer Emma one which wasn’t much better and then got dementia and lost its memory but my Son liked it so we gave it to him.

So we gave up on Emma and bought a top of the range Simba. Had it over two years now and although it’s still very comfy the now permanant dips in the sleeping positions are there. Next time I’ll go back to a sprung mattress.

Ours did that. Replaced under warranty.
