Black Star is one of his best and quite challenging albums. But for a guy getting near to 70; well I wish I had a fraction of his musical ability. That's why I commented earlier about talent. He was bisexual, sometimes androgynous, dressed weird, but man was he pushing the boundaries and very talented.

Guy can sing very well but does come across as a bit of a clown over the whole pronoun shite, but he's no more offensive than 25 stone of Lizzo in a shiny leotard and a couple of tons worth of backing dancers in hot pants.

Saying that, I watched the Brits with the missus and apart from Stormzy, didn't know anyone. It mainly seemed to be a collection of badly dressed sweary yoof punctuated by visits to the stage of a woman who at one point been holding a guitar and screaming "Chaise Lounge" repeatedly into a microphone whilst a troop of Morris dancers writhed around.

I don't care for his music that much but I'm not put off by his idiotic fashions. Most of us were young once and must have numerous crimes against fashion driven by the popular culture of the times. I think it says a lot about how boring fashion is, how boring music is and how boring youth is in the 2020s that it's even an issue.
