Got this in for MOT as it's due.. Although as always it won't see the road apart from a 5 mins test.

I'm still not exactly sure what the plan is with this bike.. If we keep it it's potentially not going to move this year... if we sell it, then Mrs Weeksy decides she wants to ride, then it's too late.

MOT passed with no issues. Not a massive shock really. Although it is looking a little neglected at times with a little bit of white powdery stuff on a few places, but again that's not a massive shock as it barely ever even moves and lives in a garage that at times does get a bit dewey when conditions change.

Only thing i saw that i liked the look of was the KTM 990 Superduke new version, but there's no real shock in that. However, i barely gave it much of a glance. I didn't walk around any of the shop/bikes etc which is somewhat bizarre to me.

Yeah. The MOT won't affect insurance.

Doesn't affect insurance cover, but can affect the payout value, for example if it gets nicked.

Mot on my GS runs out soon, hardly ride the bike so was thinking I'll leave the mot until I'm either about to use it or about to sell it.

My 1st MOT was just in Dec, no way I was gonna ride in the salt/shite just for an MOT so hoping to book one in the last week of March as I've got a week off

The weather actually looks warm and decent today for the first time in about 6 months, well i think it was OK a few weekends ago but we were away racing.
So fired up the ZX6R and took it for a wee pootle. Only 9 miles or so to put some fuel through it, but went well and happy. No issues, no faults, just smooth and Japanese
