I have removed the outdated version of this extension and enabled a far newer version. @weeksy you may have to reconfigure it to how it was before as changing the extension has also removed the settings
I had a very similar error messages earlier today. SQL is a wonderful thing when it works! All this is beyond me, I used to manage simple SQL queries about 30 odd years ago but I left complicated stuff to the experts even then.

I updated the php version, but one extension wasn't compatible hence the error message. All should be good now

Glad to be back, even if late to the party. Been trying to log in at various times during the day, just got in about quarter of an hour ago.

Yeah weirdly my laptop when on VPN still isn't ecstatic about it and I can't get here to the working version. But it's not something we have control over.

Yeah, understood. I dunno how long the actual outage was but it did make me think that if and when the site goes down, how do we get in contact with each other (assuming we actually want to, of course...) ?

Not helpful of course but it really was out of my hands.
Fortunately this place is generally reliable and funding is ok, so there's no plans for me to allow it to disappear.
The only reason it'll go is if people stop coming here

It's either that or set your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
I know the Pool NTP servers off by heart too if you need those :p
