Except he had to use his hand to open the box anyway  Then once it's past "half way" it'll stay open by itself.

Oh and what demo said, there's a space in the foam to house a box for stuff which wouldn't go in the foam

you fellas get a reply on price to cut the foam inserts ?

I'm still debating this, but for pretty random reasons of the fact i have 2 tool boxes in the van which kinda seconds as a bench seat, removing all the tools and removing one of the boxes would mean it's then not a box seat and all out of sync.

No reply yet. I'm not really expecting one, I doubt there's much profit in dealing with small fry.

I thought all decent size boxes had those? Both my Stainless boxes do.

Here is my first attempt.
I’ve cut them out slightly too large. I’ve got another 5 or so sheets to play around with as well.

I got an email back from them pretty much straightaway asking me to supply dimensions, but forgot to measure it and reply! nD'oh!

You had better service than me, I've heard nothing. And there's nothing in my spam folder.

Doesn't help me in my scenario as so many items for mine are completely specific to MTB rather than a garage.

Whoever cut all those numbers with a scalpel has really neat hand writing.

Prety sure a CO2 laser cutter could cut that stuff. If you could supply a template I could have a go on ours.
I suspect most of the work is in doing the layout and measuring. Maybe if you could trace all the tools onto a piece of paper and then put a ruler on it, take a pic and then I could translate it to a dxf and scale it to the right size.

*Wanders off to see if yoga mats can be laser cut without suffocating me with Chlorine gas  or burning the studio down :flame:

EVA foam is more likely to give off formamide

Loads of the cheap yoga mats are PVC, EVA foam isn't too expensive though and should be safe enough running through our carbon filter cabinet.
