My JP Morgan (nee Nutmeg) is running at 4.35%, so i'm covered there. But the NS&I has a funky, animated app which shows your winnings when you hit reveal results, and the suspense of that alone is worth it!

The £5k's worth I bought for my missus in October have, so far, returned £0. I think she may start to doubt my financial acumen.

I took the majority of mine out when I bought another car as an investment, so I haven't won a bean on the few grand left in there.
I've topped it back up to the max now so let's see what happens, but I'm sure it's fiddled so they never pay out anywhere near what the average is supposed to be, if it wasn't for the tax implications it would make more sense to buy their 5yr fixed bonds at 4% and just forget about it.

Iirc there's only 4k in the premiums, I took a load out to pay off the mortgage.

The £25 I put in my Trading 212 Sticks and shares ISA is now worth £43.

The BP shares have done amazingly.

£25 between us, which is diabolical considering we've both got the max in.

We've been properly stitched up and the ISA limit needs to be raised to the same limits as these bonds, then people would have a genuine pension alternative if the interest rates stayed around 4-5%. You could spend the years stacking up your ISA and get a decent amount in and then take that tax free income as a pension, it's obviously not for everyone but I think it would work out net positive for the government when all weighed up.
