I was thinking that. Then again I don't do many bike meets.

Evening bike meets outside a pub are free, but things like The Bulldog Bash are ticketed events. I guess this is like ,err, that?

If you go watch out for plod with speed cameras on the approach to Calne. And get there early, or you will be parked a fair way out of town.
Few years back I intended to stop there, and it was wall to wall full by mid morning

It grew from a meet hence the name but it's an event with music, stalls etc

I should be there, looking forward to it, always a good day out

Nah, we sold all the bikes, the zx6 went last. It's all just MTB now

Long Marston is a housing estate now, Shakespeare Raceway is long gone.
