Harry's Garage.
It's largely Car related but he's got a collection of 80's/ 90's Paris Dakar trailies (Africa twin, Elefant, Teneres etc) and there's some good stuff on his trips to Spain and Morocco.
His Car stuff is the best on YT by miles IMO..

If you're interested in how things work, this channel has lots of good stuff
Likewise this one
For general daft stuff another vote for 44 Teeth & if you're into track days Guintolli's channel mentioned up there ^^^ is good, on his Oulton Park video he makes some changes to the geometry & explains why.

On your recommendation i had a look at Guintoli's channel........ now subscribed. He really is a bloke nobody can fail to like. Met him once and seemed like a genuine decent fella and he comes across that way on his vids too. Super smooth riding style as well
Wonder how many people see him on track on his warm up lap on a track day and think "Look at that knob in full MotoGP looka like leathers on a stock gixxer complete with full size plate and mirrors" ........ then shit themselves when he comes past on standard road rubber as well

Just as an aside not You Tube but for any of you who venture onto twitter some of the old school race crowd are posting up quick videos telling stories not commonly known from their days in the paddock involving set ups, hire cars, piss ups, parties and fuck ups
Those involved so far are Rob McElnea who started it, Jim Whitham, Steve Parrish, Steve Sawford, Niall Mackenzie, Simon Crafar, Steve Plater, Colin Wright and a couple more.
#robmacmemories or #trackanory might group them together ....some arent as good but some good tales

Classic octane
Grind hard plumbing co
Cafe racer garage
Combustion junction
For the bold
Not all of these are solely bike stuff, there's a fair crossover into car stuff, fixing random shed stuff and general shed messing.
