I quite like the look of it, the engineering/fabrication is good - and I have absolutely no idea why anyone would want to own and ride it.

With the hardtail, forward footboards* and low bars, I doubt many people would want to ride it far**

wood trim to mimic the look of a yacht’s deck
** And for many here, "Ooh my back!"

Is there a competition to see how far from the motor you can get the gearbox?

You'd have to put some fuel in it first.

Yes. I think that was what I was getting at, I like it but wouldn't want one.
If people are going to do bikes like this, this is a very good one.
I'm conflicted.

I'd be frightened of falling backwards off the seat and losing my nads to the rear wheel.

Sling em over your shoulder.

I mean it's really cool as an objet but as a bike it's a nightmare.
Really agricultural motor.
Hardtail - hardtails are not comfortable in the least. A couple of those ropey seat springs does -not- fix that.
Springers - well.
Long rake and big fat tyres - it'll be like steering a wheelbarrow.
And that's just before we get to no lights, guards, useful things like indicators and mirrors let alone legalities like plates.
But yeah I could admire it all day.

Mass centralisation?

That fuel level pipe is perfectly situated to rip your knee open should you fail to stop.
Best not mention the exposed chain and belt, perfect for getting flapping Levis caught in.

I'd be more worried about the tassles on my assless leather chaps if I was riding that

An object of art, perhaps. I'd put it outside the house and get Mrs.Skub to put plants n' schitt onnit.
