China Manufacturer Visit

Hey all. I've just joined the forum and hoping to connect with some e-motorcycle fans who live in the Bristol / SW area.
Long story short, I'm working with the biggest manufacturer of e-bicycle drive systems who are now set to launch e-motorcycle drive systems which is really exciting! They are planning on a visit to Bristol later this month and would like to speak with anyone available for views / comments etc on e-motorcycles. Please message me up if anyone would be interested in sparing a little time. Thanks! Jimmy

@The Spin Doctor something of interest to you? I realise it's not quite local to you ...

I'm near Bristol.
Where are they visiting? where are they usually based?

HI GP. Thanks for getting back to me. They're coming straight from China to the UK before heading to EICMA in Milan in November (https://www.eicma.it/en/about_us/). The actual dates for the UK aren't yet confirmed (and they're leaving a bit late) but I'll keep you posted if you like?
And I hear what some of you are saying re. ICE vs electric. They're keen to hear lots of opinions.. and I'm writing this as a regular on an Aprilia RSV100 R!

All very cryptic isn't it.
Mystery manufacturer, coming to Bristol at some point wanting to ask some random questions from random people about electric motorbikes that (probably) nobody here rides.

Fine line to walk - if it was all about the manufacturer it would be tagged as advertising. At the moment it's just sort of interesting.

I hadn't considered it from a forum rules POV, just from the really obvious place that is difficult to get anyone to do anything if they don't fully understand what they're getting into.

Sorry if I've spooked you all! I'm working in the UK for them and can't pass on any details until after EICMA next month. Not meant to be cryptic!
There is a new update though - they are now not coming to Bristol until the end of November. @GP - I'll give you another shout nearer the time.

Some red flags here. I know for a fact the Italians have closed their embassy in Beijing . I don’t know if consulate offices are open in Shanghai, Chongching, Guangzhou are open. The Chinese government are making it hard for locals to leave mainland China.

If they have a visa to enter the uk, my guess is they will try and get a shengen visa at the Italian embassy in London in order for them to travel to Italy.

That procedure is a effing pantomime . Don’t ask me how I know but I do
