On, it helps to stabilise the substrate from within where one shall find the selected filling.

William was a guest on my show talking proper form for weddings, Christmas dinner & other situations. And thinking back on that ... fuck, it was 10 years ago!!

Sandwich cutting depends on the filling. Diagonal is the best presented but if you do that to a sossie sandwich the little sossie ends, created by the diagonal cut, will fall out.

If my Wife makes elderly ladies a sandwich she cuts it into triangles. She says it allows them to hold the sandwich securely with less chance of the bread drooping and the filling spilling out. How thoughtful!
