Got a hose that acts as a drain pipe to a waste barrel outside my camperbus. works fine but now i moved the sink the hose is a tad tighter and kinks at the bent out the floor. The hose is 38mm O/D. If i was to get a 38mm I/D bit silicon hose pre bent and lide my hose trough it would this still collapse and kink? I was thinking the wall of the silicon would prevent the hose sides expanding what would be needed before it could collapse.

To kink a hose the sides need to expand, if it's running through something else that prevents it happening then there's a good chance you'll be ok.

Some of that size of hose can be set to shape by dunking it in warm veg oil.

But you will need new fingers after working it to shape.

Get some plastic or metal prebent tube to handle the corners.

Cheers guys. This is in the post what i think should do the job. My hole cutter through the floor was a tad wide also so hopefully this will close the gap with a bit Sikaflex
