Last couple of times I've checked the tyre pressures, i've dropped the valve caps. Looks like my fine motor skills are on the way out!

LOL. I was just thinking today how irritating it was that the car thinks I can't do reverse and listen to the radio at the same time.

You can usually turn the speed/volume thing off. Given how quiet most big cars are it seems a bit unnecessary.

You ask your Son and Son-in-law to help move a heavy bike that you can't lift and they lift the front end up like it's a bicycle. The parent becomes the child...

I misplaced the keys to the SBH this morning. Looked all over, including in the garage twice & in the F350, started looking for the spare key.
Didn't find the spare, but I did find the ones I'd been looking for earlier...

They were FOUR INCHES from where I usually keep them.

In my defense I should mention that I keep all the keys in one of those desk-tidy doodads for pens etc. The keys all sit in the small tray on the top... but the SBH keys had fallen behind it.. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING DESK

Also:
While looking for the SBH keys in the F350, I found two pairs of glasses I'd misplaced.

+ you realise you're going to need a bigger medicine drawer/cabinet (or 2...one to hold the knee, wrist, back, ankle.....supports and bandages you've gathered over the years, the other divided into 'general' ie paracetamol, Lemsip, nasal sprays, plasters, assorted unguents etc and prescription stuff).

Then there's the once a year check to see what's now past 'use-by' date and a trip to the pharmacy with a bag of stuff to dispose of.
