Bowie did some things I liked and some things I didn’t like.

Black Star is one of his best and quite challenging albums. But for a guy getting near to 70; well I wish I had a fraction of his musical ability. Like a lot of his stuff, just when you think it'll resolve to a major chord, he lobs in something unexpected. Same with the time signature and syncopation.

That's why I commented earlier about talent. He was bisexual, sometimes androgynous, dressed weird, but man was he pushing the boundaries and very talented.

Yes, I'm a great fan and know that others will absolutely not share my opinion.
