Bollox. The message stuff is too inflexible to cover the seams.
So gave the seams and gutters a mega slavering of Sikafill.

The mesh was OK for the damaged areas. But had to soak it in the paint tray and slap loads of Sikafill on. Not feasible for all the joints.

Final coat to come

Next job porch roof. It leaks like a sieve.
Had to get the builder neighbour round to confirm it is load bearing. Anxiety was sky high :(

You could lower the missus from the upstairs window, like Tom Cruise in that Mission Impossible.

I've been up and done initial prep with the mighty Makita sander.
Only a short drop from balcony.

Right. First coat of Sikafill on.
Builder neighbour says 2 coats of the fibre mix will sort it out.

Too knackered to do more. And shoulder and ribs aching like buggery from big crash on Sunday.

When I drag myself off this sofa, next job will be heading to town. A bar has started doing Wing Wednesday and apparently they're great :)

I'm impressed with the Sikafill coverage. 5kg tub did about 40% of the garage roof.
2 more tubs will crack it with plenty over for the porch roof.

It's a bit expensive, so a happy Yorkshireman ;) :obscene-birdiedoublered:

The rain up here isn't bothering to land today, it's just flying on by.
