Sat overlooking St Katherine's dock, 2 days of training - finance for non-finance managers!

View isn't bad though.

Having my boiler serviced and I mean serviced, not cover off and looked at like BG and Homeserve do. Also got him to replace an outside tap for me. Its all amazing as in these supposed times of depression, I cant get any trades round to do anything. No one turned up to quote for new flooring or new composite decking. :eh:

Been asking since last year! Everyone is either too busy or doesn't show up! No ones even bothered to over price it! :D

Listening to the torrential not-forecasted rain, and sulking about the two loads of washing currently out on the line that is very definitely not drying. 🙃

I just made soft tacos (I'm not calling them tortillas - tortillas are made of egg). Now, I'm no stranger to cooking but I cannot believe I've never made these before.

So easy & so, so much better than the bought ones I put in my girls' pack lunches for years.

Sat in the garden with a cuppa. Had a bad couple of weeks with some health problems but today I feel great.
Slight drawback is the burst water main to the village, so sat in the sun but smelly cos I can’t have a shower!!

Strip off, let the Sun's UV kill off bacteria.

Not enough beer to fill the pool.

Bigger than a bath, smaller than an ocean

I kept going bigger and bigger with paddling pools until I ended up with a 4' deep heated one. Then I realised it's not worth it and now we have an inflatable pool just big enough for one person to stetch out, much easier and always in reach of the table with your beer.

Surely that depends on what position you both adopt in said pool??
