This 280Z was originally imported from the USA as a rust-free shell and has undergone a complete no-expense-spared restoration. Finished in stunning Glacier White Metallic with satin black accents, upgraded coilover suspension, Driftworks Air Cups, Kameari front & rear strut bars, rebuilt brakes and brand new rubbers all round, it’s as immaculate as it is stunning. The rebuild was a true labour of love and every aspect of this JDM icon has been thoughtfully cared for!

Under the bonnet, the iconic 2.8-litre straight-six engine has been expertly upgraded. With a Kameari fast-road camshaft, triple Weber 45s, and a stainless-steel ‘Z Story’ exhaust system, it delivers impressive performance while staying true to its classic roots. To finish the build we have upgraded mounts, braided fuel lines, and a Pro Alloy fuel tank which give this ’76 280Z a new lease of life!

Inside, the car has been professionally converted to right-hand drive and features a black leather interior, flocked dashboard, and upgraded insulation for comfort. Modern touches, such as a Subaru power steering rack and a Toad Cat 1 alarm with central locking, add convenience without compromising its vintage appeal.

You thought we were finished with the Top Dead Center cars? Think again! Up next is this iconic Porsche Boxster S that has made a number of appearances on the channel and it could be yours for just 15p if you’re quick enough to catch our early-bird offer. As always, this offer can and will ends at any minute and tickets will return to the full price of 19p.

This bargain Boxster was Edwin’s project, after sourcing the car well below market value – Edwin used the money saved to set about thoughtfully modifying it. The goal with this Porsche was to retain its integrity. No crazy steering wheels, no odd-coloured bumpers – proper OEM+ upgrades that would level up the Boxster. After all, this is a clean and (relatively) low mileage example so Edwin gave it the respect it deserved.

Starting where he always does, Edwin tackled the wheels. He had dreams of fitting genuine 18″ Speedline Split Porsche wheels but after a quick eBay search, he realised that he would need more than 10x his original budget to get them so instead, settled for replicas. After wrapping them in some fresh new rubber he’d eaten up nearly 80% of his total budget so the rest of the build had to be done frugally.

The next battle was with the suspension, seeking a more aggressive & sporty stance, Edwin fitted new struts, Bilstein shocks and a full set of H&R lowering springs which completed the look. It also left him with just over £100 to spend on finishing touches.

After a short-shifter, wheel spacers, number plates and a gorgeous custom ‘Built by Basil’ Beechwood Carrera gear knob the build was complete.
