As a kid when our garage got broken into my dad made some bolts and backets for the garage door.
The bolt was probably a foot long and sold steel bar with a piece of box section welded to the top.
I used one the same as in the video when I wanted to lube the chain my R6. Only it obviously didn't have the fancy bending bit.

I made this out of various bits of scrap and discarded bits of bike. Worked very well for my Norton. It's based on an idea that I've seen somewhere before. By making different plywood plates it could be adapted for any bike - in fact that reminds me I need to do it for my BSA/DRZ400 hybrid.

Reckon they need to invent a chain that's encased with a belt and use pulleys, not sprockets. So a harley type belt with strength of chain. Any good ?

I see too much potential for dropping the bike with that little prop stick thingy for me to be comfortable. I'd be happier using a paddock stand myself. Maybe worth considering if you were away somewhere for a while,at least it'd be easily carried.

I think it's aimed at solo / on tour lubing? Might come in handy but I'd usually have a mate to either hold the bike on it's side stand or spin the wheel.
