I remember being at Assen in 2006 and seeing a Dutch company called Star Twin were marketing a bike they were manufacturing based on a 3 cylinder 1200cc turbo diesel from the VW Lupo, 205KG and over 200NM of torque, 100BHP. Not sure what happened to them though.
Weren't quite a few military bikes diesel? (Logistics stuff - only one fuel type needed for all vehicle types and you can be pretty sure of picking up more wherever you invade).
Diesel bikes must surely be an evolutionary dead end; the only advantage is marginally better fuel economy, whereas there are numerous disadvantages. Besides, electric.

I'm sure there's a diesel running version of the KLR650 perhaps?
My brother has a diesel Enfield - I think they were advertised for "those who had grown out of speed", anyway we disowned him as a result, one redeeming feature is that you can start it in reverse
