Class 1 tests are for motorcycles up to 200c.
Class 2 tests are for motorcycles with engine sizes over 200cc.
I have been trying to find out if/what the differences are in the two tests,
anyone know ?

No help, but I thought a bike MOT was a bike MOT, I had no idea there are different ones based on capacity!
