Doug is his eldest son. The book is more like tech manual than his storyMr. Dazzle wrote: Wed Jun 11, 2025 9:57 pm I've no real interest in his Autobiography, but
Race Car Vehicle Dynamics Problems, Answers and Experiments, better known as "Milliken and Milliken" is a standard text. I don't know if the other Milliken is his brother, uncle, unrelated or what. Maybe it says in his Autobiography.

I call it the shitbox because the outside of it looks I drove through a minefield. Mechanically it's doing well, but needs new compliance bushings. I quite fancy a new Ranger Raptor (same 400hp V6 as the Explorer ST), but I need a shitbox looking car for driving around town.Mr. Dazzle wrote: Wed Jun 11, 2025 8:57 pm You can call it a shitbox as often as you like, but we all know you love that Honda.

My first ever pair of Adidas Handball Spezials.
I bought em mostly to blend in at work, I think German engineers have them issued to them by their government.
Surprised how comfy they are though, I've been missing out

Jet2 special duty free offer on the plane home... three bottles of 'premium' sprits for £46.
I wiped them out of JD, who knew they only had six bottles per flight?
6l of JD for a smidge over £16 a bottle. Should last me a good fortnight.

Ask at your doctor's surgery, they might give you them for nothing.

They're for the dog. I crush his tablets and use the syringes duty water to squirm them down his throat.cheb wrote: Mon Jun 16, 2025 7:22 pm Ask at your doctor's surgery, they might give you them for nothing.

Re: The Official Pleasing Purchase Thread
Shef Leppard tickets for Saturday.
I've seen them before supporting a White Snake tribute... that was when I realised I only knew two White Snake songs.
Shef Leppard were ace tho', and I know loads of Maiden and Lizzy songs (the support).

Good choice. The headlights are beyond shite, if you're only ever going to drive in the dark once it's worth changing them. Other than that I'm very pleased with mine.Jody wrote: Tue Jul 01, 2025 7:12 pm

Drive it and see how you get on. I find that if there's nothing else on the road then they're fine, but being in traffic with the worst lights makes them so bad they're dangerous. There's shit loads on the T6 forum about the headlights, to save you reading thousands of posts spend money on an upgrade from Transporter HQ.Jody wrote: Fri Jul 04, 2025 7:58 amWhat's the best solution?Pirahna wrote: Tue Jul 01, 2025 9:19 pmGood choice.
