If ever a bike really, really shouldn't have those excrescences sticking out of the bars, that's it.

Otherwise, nice in a retro/memory lane way.

Wouldn't want to ride or own one though.

The fairing proportions just don't look right.

I've never seen one of those Avon style fairing that looked "right".

I also have never liked the "double-bar-end-mirror" look. I like a single bar-end mirror on the offside, it's all you need.

If they chopped the belly pan off at the gold pinstripe it would look a lot better.

I had a similar fairing once, the fibreglass was 1/4 to 3/8 thick and it weighed more than the engine

Remove the fairing and you'd have a good looking bike. With the fairing on it's absolutely ghastly. Those Avon style fairings were shit in the 70s/80s and they have become many times shittier in the intervening years. You can tell the builders were desperate by their use of the black and gold colour scheme, in a vain attempt to make it look better.

Horrible (the fairing, not the bike).

Cut the faring off in line with the tank or remove it entirely and it's a decent looking bike. As is, not so much.
