Electronics And Traction Control Don't Make You Faster

I have traction control and abs but I find I ride as I always have as not used to it so don't rely on it. I do turn TC to max in the wet as an extra safety blanket but ride like I have for the past 30 years. Definitely prefer having them though on the road for gravel, diesel, manhole covers etc I'm sure they'll benefit me more than not. But I can't switch off my fear to corner and mash the throttle and rely on TC to save me, although I already know there's more traction than I think. Which is why I'm slow!
