At first glance it didn't light my fire but, on reading the article, I thought it's a shame they don't build them like that in the first place. Then they'd have something that would shift a few units.

So yeah, I'd have that one.

(But not an 'as factory built' one).

The article's worth a read,he's put a lot of time & effort into the build, unlike some of the bikes that get posted here this one seems to have been improved over stock. It's just a pity that he couldn't get the FI to work as he wanted & ended up going down the carb route.

Great read. If I'd ever thought about buying one, the article would have put me right off! :D

Yes they are, I'm open to criticism though to help me further improve the look. I've a red tank cover with with wider stripes which I plan to try out and also I've just ordered some parts for a hydraulic clutch conversion. I fancy this seat but it's a bit expensive!

Expensive? Just a tad!

(Nice though).

It'd be bonzer if you updated us with the changes. More bike talk the better.

You're shaking in time with the bike. When you rev the engine and the vibes on the bike smooth out a bit, so does the video. :D

Out of interest, how do bikes get showcased on Bikebound? Do they approach the builder or do builders offer their projects? I've often wondered how and they and others source their content. I assumed some were spotted at custom shows but they spread the net pretty wide.

You need to do a bit of a write up on the history and what you've done to the bike and include lots of pics. Mine weren't up to standard to start with but I got there in the end and didn't need a professional photographer. I just used my camera on my phone! and followed some You Tube tips on how to photograph a bike.

Fantic could learn a thing or two from Dave. I'm not sure I'd consider the standard model, but that one looks absolutely lush. I bet it would be a bit spendy though.

Thanks for feedback, It hasn't cost that much, just allot of labour time making and polishing ally bits. Saved about £700 by using standard silencers as opposed to the arrow carbon versions by making my own adapters.
