Re: What have you done today thread?
I've installed two more speakers and run the induction loop around the hall. Started at 10am and finished at 4.30pm. Need a different cable to connect the Induction Loop unit to the Amplifier. On order now. Should be working tomorrow afternoon. No multimeter so I cannot test the cable I've installed for continuity, so just hope it is okay! It was new off a drum so should be fine and I've not nicked it or put a screw through it!
The microphones and 4 speakers work well, Bluetooth has very good range and it was dead simple to connect to the system.
Will be giving it a test drive tomorrow after the service. Now I'm rather tired and need a very good sleep. No lunch today, just co-codamol and coffee. Probably not a good combination!

We are guardians for a friends 16 yr old who has started studying in UK - parents in Tokyo.
Went to the National Gallery today for a couple of hours before going to Heathrow.
It’s easy to forget how this free Gallery is so accessible - and wasn’t busy.
The painting of Charles 1 and opposite his wife quite imposing.

Driven to Cornwall, somehow managed to not lose my rag with Mrs M's glacial packing and organisation.

Mowed my parents lawn and my neighbours lawn.
Reset the 'oil change needed' message on my dad's Focus (fully expecting to need to hook up my laptop to OBD it, who knew it was as simple as pressing the brake and accelerator pedals for 20 seconds
)
Hosted the neighbours for dinner.
Now collapsed with a glass of wine and the remains of a log fire

Was doing laundry today... one load was just two pillow cases & two sheets.
Somehow the sheets managed to tie themselves into a really complicated & pretty much un-untieable knot in the drier. It literally took me damn near 10 minutes to separate them.

Up early to say prayers in the church. Nice having a beautiful place to pray.

Are there three other windows in which Jesus is doing an 'M' then a 'C' then finally an 'A'?

Latest introductory course for the archery.
This session we decided to make people pay in advance. This has cut down the no shows to 0 which lets us organise instructors a bit better.

Lined up 4 house viewings for the weekend.
@Taff has blown one of them out of the water, so to speak... but that's a good thing as he has more knowledge than me.

Rode too work in the wind and rain (no I don’t know why either). My wet gear is currently flooding the locker room.

Don't forget big garage, private garden and a downstairs bog for when you're an old fart.
