Absolutely knackered :obscene-birdiedoublered:

Jumped straight in pool and now enjoy a cold 'un :D

More Benelli miles today and another run out to Bala lake and cafe. ( Swimming baths cafe) A superb ham and cheese toasties complimented with crisps and coleslaw. No pic.

Roads were treacherous in places, running water flowing across the roads in a few places. They've had heavy rain in Wales and with all the mountains, it all gets very soggy indeed. Threw a cheap WP jacket on, makes cleaning easier, or basically I don't. The Benelli does chuck up a lot of shit off the back end. All standard. 🤷‍♂️

The entrance road to the lake and entire carpark/ bikepark were flooded. Never seen it like that before. Still, great getting out on the bike, big clean tomorrow. More peddling and walking through the winter me thinks. 🤔

Good to get out even if damp and flooded!
I've got new tyres on and they chuck more muck up at the back, need to add some sort of extra mud flap thingie...

A couple of weeks ago in truth but it's my most recent proper ride - up on top of the Peaks.

It's OK, there's a water shortage.

Nice pics btw.

As long as it's not up to the top of the volcano you should be OK.

I take folk into one of the volcano craters in the mighty Duster.
They are surprised to see the floor covered in sea shells.
Was under the sea at one time.

If it was anything like here, did you need a snorkel?

I got out for local spin yesterday, got back home just before the heavens opened.

We were hoping to get out today but it's been constant rain & it's forecast to start raining again from mid day tomorrow,Monday's not looking to bad though. One problem around here, apart from the flooding is the amount of mud on the roads from the tractors going in & out of fields..
I should really get my act together & get my ancient XT600 running, but it's tax exempt from next April so it's staying on a SORN until then!

It's been pishing here for over a week now. Feels like I haven't been on the bike in six months. :(

I was sitting in the truck just outside Omagh on Friday and the rain was just pelting sideways into the passenger side of the truck so hard I could roll the drivers window down ant watch the rain flying above my head without getting wet.

Did 5 hour enduro yesterday. Probably spent more time laughing and giggling and piss-taking than riding. :D

They're a good bunch.

Today / local ride / pics NO!
But it was a ride out:), as mentioned by Busta, there was wetness and mud all over the place, hose down required just as the rain started when I got back! Must look into mudguard extensions or runner flaps?
