I think the biker blocked them at some lights when they had the blues and twos on, when they got on the A4 instead of winding the window down and shouting at him, they gave him a nudge instead?

It does look like they deliberately gave a 'nudge'.

It could have been a hell of a lot more than a 'nudge' tho', could have easily thrown him off into the traffic.
