There's a few Twizys around here, I'm guessing they are sans permit? But they do always look a lot of fun!! I always look at them and really fancy a go in one!!

The one I saw most was up in resort - the owner of a local bar had one that was plugged in via a long cable hanging out of his apartment window - extra bonus was that it was small enough to 'park' under the metal stairs down to the group of apartment blocks, so also had a bit of protection from the snow!!!

There are 2 or 3 that I see regularly and my neighbour has one. I thought seriously about getting one but the battery lease deal put me off at the time.

They are quite perky, performance wise. I tried keeping up with one in my car, one morning on a trip to Guildford. It was being driven with a degree of brio and the initial acceleration was quite impressive.

We seem to be in one of those stages in life where a lot of shite is coming our way. So my thinking is, when it gets a bit much I'll say to Mrs T, "Right O Pet*, jump in the Twizzy and we'll go to Sarfend seafront and have an ice cream". People pointing and laughing at us would amuse me as I imagine would driving it with Mrs T sat behind me. There's much win here!
