After buying a modern auto Lambretta for use when out in the motorhome, it's given me the classic scooter bug again. I started of with Vespas in the late 80's but then bought a mates Lc350 and never looked back, going to look at some 1960s Lambrettas in 2 weeks....

Like Didge long time Burgman 650 owner owned one for 14 years not the same one mind. Generally always owned 2 bikes in case one broke but in December decided to own just one and as the burg weighs more than a dingy full of migrants decided on the Forza 750. Quite pleased with it

Well actually, it appears the Tracer will likely be getting sold now. Might buy something second hand.

Sorry to read that mate. I've no words of comfort unfortunately, just trite clichés. Hopefully this place will provide some distraction however briefly from the crap at home. :(

I'm toying with the idea of selling/trading in the MT-09. Had it for 5.5 years now, it gets ridden a few times during the year when I can be bothered to move the other bikes around to get to it. Maybe swap it for a trail bike.

No other potential bike changes, just planned mods to the missus BMW G310R and replacing the flywheel and clutch on the GS.

Brilliant bikes for the real world. I still have mine - and no plans to sell at the moment.
The Ducati, however, I could quite happily apply petrol and matches to!

I'm pretty sure I'll sell my 690 Duke once the engine's been fixed

I'll either import my 690 SMCR to France, or buy an almost identical one that's french registered.

That's about it... I think....

Sorry to hear that, tough news. Take whatever distractions you can and lean on mates when you need to. Hope it pans out as well as it can.

Got a bit of a hankering for something like a Vespa 300 for a summer scoot. I doubt I'll do anything about it, but I keep remembering how much i enjoyed whizzing down the shops and market on a scoot...
