Funny shade of green....
Several miles earlier when I caught up them, then the fannies just sat there fucking teapotting instead of either going, or getting the fuck out the way.
So I passed them & all the cars they were *stuck behind...*
They gave chase once we hit the canyons, but only one of them got close to me... Until I slowed once we got close to Malibu Cyn.. at which point they decided they were going to show the old fart on the old bike a thing or two & took off... except I was right behind them all the way to the red light they blew through.
I should have passed them again...

8 mile round trip. Chatted in carpark for 2 hrs and didn't buy a beer, chuffed really coz it's one of my dry nights.
Met a few old pals so was nice enough. My new monkey mate was there , earlier 4 speed and he done work on it.
Well, fcuk me it was noisy, more acceleration than mine but nothing too much top end, waste of time and effort me reckons.
Quick pic after the drag race.

A big turnout at the local bike meet. Loads of smokers in attendance.

668 was the turnout last night, apparrently. I've no idea how that was counted, but it was as big a crowd as I've seen so far.

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
I also went to a bike meet last night at a local(ish) bar/restaurant about 38 miles away, I usually take the F350 to the car/truck meets they have. Live band, maybe 20 bikes, but at least 40 blokes who dressed like they rode there.
Severe Clear when I left the house, hit the freeway straight into 5 miles of parking lot.. *dispatch mode/on*. Got off the freeway & hit Mint Canyon for about 18 miles. There were these ominous looking dark grey things in the sky, but it didn't rain... Brass monkeys though. Only stay about 45 minutes, wanted to get home before dark.

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
After two windswept days, today it's just 'Breezy' so I took the 650X for a spin.Lovely warm,Spring day so I wore my Summer gloves for the first time this year

A few months back I bought a Shoei Neotech in a sale. It's still not as comfy as my Arai,I've concluded that there's something in the talk about about Arai shaped heads being different to Shoei shaped heads & I'm Arai..
Time to pack the panniers now,the forecast's sunshine for a week so I'm on the Liverpool-Douglas ferry in the morning
