Well the girls did it right.

They walked over every team in the 6 nations, but France gave them a challenge today, and for the first half it was 50/50 who would win, and it was nice to watch a decently contested game which wasn't a white wash.

I've really enjoyed the W6N's, it's a quick game, both teams today wanted to keep it in play, minimal stoppages. I did wonder if yesterday was going to be the end of the winning streak as France have been playing very well. But, tbf to the Red Roses, even though the stats didn't show total dominance, once they went ahead by a couple of scores, they didn 't really look like losing it. Good tough game though.

World Cup and W6N's champions, outstanding.

The interviews afterwards were quite funny/charming. You can see the camaraderie and they genuinely seem so happy just to be there (and win).

I hadn't realised the W6N was on :o :o

But, watch the second half with a bunch of French!!! Lots of banter between them, aimed at me, about there being an English in the room. After a bit I pointed out that no one had actually asked me who I was supporting

I was very happy the English girls won, but cheered both sides and told all the Fronch that I'm on an Irish passport, so they could keep guessing !!!
