I now have ten days to try not to bail on a dentist appointment :( :(

My ten year old temporary filling has pretty much given up I think :( So I've made an appointment and the earliest I could find was 29 june.

So, once I filled in all the info, I then wrote a letter to send via the online thingy to explain the issue and my total and utter fear of dentistes (the French don't seem to have the words I need to explain!! so hopefully she'll understand!)

Couldn't find an English speaking one before mid july, so here we go - manage the hurty tooth until 29 june and try not to wind myself up too much that I bail :( :(

TBF, the temporary filling was supposed to be for a few months. After a few years I tried to get it redone and had a full on panic attack so the dentist said the meds wouldn't work, so she wouldn't do it. I've told the dentist that the filling is ten years old - but I think it is older

The washing, the weekly shop, BBQed 1kg of chicken tits for my weeks worth of lunches, branded my foot after stepping on a hot coal, who knew BBQing barefoot wasn't a good idea.

Shuffled bikes in the garage...
The were (L to R) GPz, ZX11, ZRX11

Now they're ZX11, ZRX11, GPz11...

Because I'm taking the ZX11 to the Bike Night in Rosamond this evening & the ZRX11 to the RockStore tomorrow.

Been to a classic car show at Brodsworth Hall, got in for nowt with my English Heritage card, innit.

Turn out wasn't massive, apparently more are turning up tomorrow. There were a few e types and stags, but this was by far the nicest.

Alpine with a Ford V6 in it...

Hobbled to the supermarket for a couple of ingredients for tomorrow's chinese freezer batch cook!!!

Then I went to a small park area to see a mate play with his band at the Fête de la Musique - he's lovely bloke, but soooo picky! Blues/rock guitar and vocals - but he's properly hard on the others in the band to be as perfect as he can get them!

He wears a t-shirt saying "too old to die young" - he really is!! LOL Will sort out youtube vids of bits of the songs tomorrow :)

Didn't stay long as the access was more challenging than I expected and wanted to get home before the knee hurt too much

But it was cool to see a couple of mates :) :). and hear some good music :) :) :)

Booked and took the KTM for its first MOT.

Three months late as it only occurred to me last night it was pre-registered when I bought it, so I should check if it was due...

Did a trial pack for the tour.

Took it for a shake-down fully loaded ride, complete with new screen that I fitted yesterday.

Happy it'll do the job 👍😎

Went to the Bike Night deal on theZX11... merged onto the freeway on the way home at Warp Factor Stupid (zero traffic). Sanity finally prevailed at *75 over* :)
