The prize is limited to the construction of the garden room only. Furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and any additional interior or exterior features are not included.

If fewer than 50% of tickets are sold, the promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative equal to 50% of the total ticket sales in place of the advertised prize.
