Does anyone else here suffer from cervical spondylosis, by any chance? And if so, what are you doing to stave off the absolute agony that gravity causes on the afflicted section of the anatomy?
I'm in bastard fuckery here at the moment, & no amount of morphine, codeine, etc. is giving me any relief at all.
Cervical Spondylosis ... anyone?

Lose weight and try swimming. The latter might help with the former.
My mother had it.

Weight is lost, that's what kicked off the condition.
And I swim like a brick. I do, strangely, find "traction" a help slightly, but I'm waiting to hear back from my sports-physio mate about a safe approach to that thread.
