Sat back, watched Aleix ride it while setting respectable times and it didnt blow up and thought "Fuck it, its a possible paycheck for a year"
Worst case scenario, its a mutt again but he is still in the paddock getting well paid and aligned with the other riders contracts when the musical chairs begins again. Best case it becomes the KTM/Suzuki success after a few development years and he shines on it.

That would be nasty,but Dovi seems to work with what he's got and beyond a certain point he won't try to win on a bike that can only finish 10th. Good to see him racing this year. Asparagus never had a problem putting one fast lap in on the Aprilia, DOvi might get a little more out of it. It seemd better in testing too?

One things for sure, he isn't skint, family man + no flash car, years of earing well at top level = not skint.
