A motorcycle
Well after 180+ bikes there isn’t one in my garage ! All my spare time is spent riding a mountain bike and I’m happy with that, so I don’t need a motorbike but I want one. Not sure what I’d do with it, odd Trackday, odd greenlane, occasional commute, the odd fast road ride, a gentle bimble to a cafe etc etc either all, none or some of these things. It’s gotta be comfy, have some wind protection.
I like in no order and in no way can all these do the listed things
R1250GS, enjoyed the one I rode and with TC off it wheelied everywhere and was like a giant supermoto but it’s a bit big
KTM 890SMC, I like the idea would need a demo
Kawasaki H2, because supercharger and I’ve just watched top gun maverick
Well ?

Re: A motorcycle
A CB500F will do all those things, but no wind protection. CB500R ?

Re: A motorcycle
I did leave off a 500exc, with a bigger tank a rally fairing and road tyres it ticks a lot of boxesPotter wrote: Mon Aug 28, 2023 4:03 am TDR250 will do all those things, buy one, restore it (prepare to spend £££) and enjoy.
Or some sort of enduro type thing with spare road wheels, my 3000EXC would do all those things but vibrated my fillings out on the road.
