









I love the Long Mynd, wifey and I did think about moving to Church Stretton at one point. Have you been to the gliding club? It used to good for a cup of tea and a slice of cake, I assume it's still going.

Riding along narrow track, aiming to take left drop at the fork but looked down and saw the path on the drop had been washed away so tried to go back up to the right folk.
Fuck, down i went and really hit a rib hard.
Had to wait a few mins to get a breath then carried on
Hour later suddenly felt a right pain on top of my foot. Like a stone had got in.
Fark it hurt so pulled boot off.
A fucking cactus spike has pierced my foot right through my boots.
